About TMS
If you’ve tried depression treatments only to find that they haven’t helped you as much as you would like, TMS can help. “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” has been proven to help with depression and other conditions that have been resistant to treatment. TMS has become popular for many reasons, not the least of which is that it’s non-invasive. Instead of surgery, the treatment occurs through your skin. We offer safe and effective TMS here at Sal Psychiatry.
Spravato
If your depression has been considered treatment-resistant, there is help. SPRAVATO can help you to feel better in just a brief period of time. This nasal inhalant is a powerful, effective form of treatment. As such, it has to be administered safely and properly, under the careful supervision of a medical professional. Dr. Sal and the team here can provide you with SPRAVATO and with a safe, monitored environment within which to take it.
Medication Management
The right medication in the right dosage at the right time. That’s what you can expect from our medication management. Dr. Sal, a double-board-certified adult and addiction psychiatrist, can use his specialized knowledge to help you to better manage both medications as well as psychiatric treatment.
Therapy
Evidence-based clinical care to lead a healthier, happier life. That’s what our different forms of therapy can help guide you toward. Here at Sal Psychiatry, we can create a treatment plan for your exact, specific needs. You are different from anyone else, with different concerns, challenges, and strengths. We believe that your treatment plan should reflect that so that you receive the right care for you.

Telehealth
Effective treatment that fits into your life. Therapy and more as far away as your nearest mobile device. Those are just some of the advantages of telehealth treatment from Sal Psychiatry.

Talk Therapy
A safe, secure place to discuss your feelings and emotions. A trained professional who can help you to discover the underlying causes of your mental health struggles.

Psychotherapy
If you feel like you’ve been in a persistent negative mood that won’t go away, that you’re overwhelmed, or if you’re struggling to control your emotions, then you very well may be helped by psychotherapy.

HORTENCIA FLORES has helped me feel safe, understood, and comfortable opening up without feeling judged. She listens carefully and helps me calm my thoughts instead of staying stuck in my head. One technique she taught me was grounding myself by naming five things around me, and that has really helped with my anxiety and overthinking. She has also been helping me with school accommodations and supporting me through challenges in a caring and patient way. I appreciate how understanding and supportive she has been throughout my therapy journey.Posted on Google Jeani CristTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
